The Maricopa County Industrial Development Authority (MCIDA) is an economic development agency located in Scottsdale, Arizona, established in 1973. Its primary mission is to foster job creation and maintain employment opportunities within Maricopa County, thereby enhancing the standard of living for its residents. The agency is governed by a board of directors that manages its assets and oversees its initiatives, which are aimed at promoting economic growth and improving the quality of life for the community.
