LHP exists to help hospitals transform their futures and the health of their communities—and make their dreams a reality. LHP Hospital Group, Inc. (LHP) is a privately held company established to provide essential hospital capital and expertise to not-for-profit hospitals and hospital systems, with which it forms joint ventures to own, operate and manage acute care hospitals. Headquartered in Plano, Texas, LHP is owned by affiliates of private equity firm CCMP Capital Advisors, LLC, and the CPP Investment Board, as well as certain members of management and the board of directors. The LHP management team has been involved in more than 70% of all the whole-hospital joint venture transactions between taxable and tax-exempt health systems in the nation over the past 20 years. We have continually refined the joint venture model we pioneered to keep pace with the changing needs of hospitals and communities. While the healthcare industry never stops evolving, our belief in the fundamentals of our joint venture model has not changed.
