It invests in companies based in Central and Eastern Europe, Africa, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Slovania, Ukraine, including the countries which are new members of the European Union. The firm makes investments between €5 million ($6.77 million) and €20 million ($27.20 million) in private companies with average investment amount being €11.6 million ($12.52 million). It invests in companies with enterprise values between €50 million ($68.01 million) and €300 million ($408.06 million), average enterprise value being €92 million ($99.79 million) and EBITDA greater than €2 million ($2.32 million). The firm makes 52 percent average equity contribution in its investments and takes a multiple of 2.4 as average senior leverage. The firm focuses on investment fundamentals and credit analysis.
