Swiff-Train Company, LLC is a wholesale distributor of floor coverings based in Corpus Christi, Texas, with operations extending to customers in Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Arkansas. Founded in 1937 by Joseph Swiff and Herbert Train, the company initially focused on reprocessing damaged cotton before diversifying into the import and export of steel and agricultural products after World War II. By 1959, Swiff-Train expanded its offerings to include residential and commercial carpets, vinyl sheets, hardwood and laminate flooring, tiles, and countertops. Additionally, the company provides installation tools, supplies, adhesives, and carpet cushions. Swiff-Train has multiple branch locations across Texas and Oklahoma, and it operates as a subsidiary of American Steel, Incorporated.
