Bannerman Energy is engaged in the exploration and development of uranium properties in Namibia, Southern Africa, with a focus on its principal asset, the Etango Project, in the Erongo uranium mining region, where it holds a 95% ownership stake. Established in 2005 and based in Subiaco, Australia, the company aims to position itself as a key supplier in the next generation of uranium production. Bannerman Energy is currently undertaking a Definitive Feasibility Study to advance the development of large open-pit uranium operations, while also prioritizing Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) considerations to ensure effective governance across its operations.
