Renmatix
Renmatix, Inc. specializes in converting plant materials, including unused biomass waste, into fundamental components for biochemicals and biofuels. The company utilizes a proprietary water-based technology to break down cellulosic biomass into economical cellulosic sugars, offering a cleaner and more cost-effective method compared to traditional processes that rely on enzymes, solvents, or acids. By bridging renewable materials—such as forestry products, crop residues, and municipal waste—with manufacturing technologies, Renmatix facilitates the production of advanced biofuels and other chemical intermediates. Founded in 2003 and initially known as Sriya Innovations, the company adopted its current name in April 2011. Renmatix is headquartered in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, with additional locations in Kennesaw, Georgia, and a manufacturing facility in Rome, New York.
