Unitil Corporation is a public utility holding company that specializes in the distribution of electricity and natural gas across New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Maine. Unitil also manages an interstate underground natural gas transmission pipeline, extending 86 miles, which facilitates gas access and transportation primarily in Maine and New Hampshire. Additionally, the company offers energy brokering and advisory services to commercial and industrial clients, along with real estate management services. Currently, Unitil serves approximately 106,100 electric customers and 83,900 natural gas customers. Founded in 1984, the company is headquartered in Hampton, New Hampshire.
