The application connects users with local hawker centers and food courts, allowing them to easily discover menus and order food items directly through their smartphones. This service not only simplifies the ordering process but also helps MSMEs to digitalize their operations affordably. In addition to food delivery, WhyQ offers a comprehensive suite of tools for MSMEs, including online store and delivery integration, bookkeeping and payment reminders, a fintech system, access to raw materials and packaging supplies, as well as customer relationship management tools. Through these features, WhyQ aims to enhance the efficiency and reach of small businesses while providing customers with convenient access to healthy and personalized meal options.
