G. K. Goh

G. K. Goh Holdings originated from the creation by Mr Goh Geok Khim in 1979 of a Singapore stockbroking company. Following its listing in 1990, the group grew to become one of the most significant non-bank securities companies in Southeast Asia. In 2005, the securities businesses were entirely sold. A part of the cash proceeds was returned to shareholders, while the balance was redeployed towards other investments. Group net assets amounted to S$313 million at the end of 2010.
