The acquisition of Polk Burnett Security Services (PBSS), for example, was strategic in that it enabled us to extend both our service and product line capabilities. PBSS is a market leader in the West Central Wisconsin region. TransAlarm expects to see continued growth through its service of customers in existing markets, additional acquisitions and national account support programs. In 2014, TransAlarm and Iverify, an industry leader in interactive video monitoring, merged under the corporate name of Iverify. We now offer more solutions when and where you need them, including an expanded product line as well as additional installation and service capabilities.
