Over 13 years of existence, the company has built a team of nearly 200 talented people across 3 continents – Europe, US & Australia, and has worked with some of the world’s biggest companies such as News Corp, Virgin, IKEA, IBM, Johnson & Johnson, and Ford on digital transformation and innovation solutions. In 2017, QUALITANCE was awarded Company of the Year by the Employers Association of the Software and Services Industry (ANIS). Our board of advisors gathers Tom Chi, the cofounder of Google[x], Robert Neivert – Venture Partner at 500Startups and Radu Cautis – founding partner of Medical Technology Venture Partners. Our team of nearly 200 people work across offices in Bucharest, San Francisco, and Sydney. QUALITANCE was founded in 2007 by Ioan Iacob and Radu Constantinescu. In 2016, the company acquired LaunchPodium, the San Francisco experience design company founded by Mike Parsons, who previously served as managing director at 215 McCann in San Francisco. Following the acquisition, Mike joined QUALITANCE as managing partner and Chief Innovation Officer. In 2019, QUALITANCE issued a euro-denominated private placement corporate bond offering, attracting EUR 1.5 million in financing. In 2020, the company started trading its corporate bonds on the Multilateral Trading System of the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB). Since May 2020, QUALITANCE appointed Mike Parsons as Chief Executive Officer, marking a new step in the company's global growth strategy.
