Currently we are at Fund I and at any given time we have $20-30MM in capital exposure. We are stage and vertical agnostic and have an interest and initial focus with real-estate-tech, construction-tech, property-tech, fin-tech, and real asset holdings and acquisitions. We welcome all type of investment opportunities for review. We are raising Fund II in 2019 targeting a $50-$100MM raise. Real Work, to launch in 2019 and will be a co-working space based in San Francisco and various cities where our investments will operate out of. Real Impact, to launch late 2019 will be our social impact fund focusing on patient capital investments for People and Planet. Real University, will launch in 2020 and will be our empowering entrepreneurs by creating an ecosystem to take their ideas from concept into pre-seed funded operations.
