Resolute Venture Partners

Resolute Venture Partners is the newest angel investment vehicle in a family of funds created by Clayton Associates. Following the start of Nashville-based Rolling Hills Ventures in 2013, Resolute is one of only a few institutional groups in the United States to take the formal processes and resources of later-stage venture capital firms and apply those to the traditionally unstructured arena of early-stage angel investing. Led by Managing Partner Jay Zeidman and a team of senior healthcare executives, Houston-based Resolute Venture Partners was created to uniquely capitalize on the region’s large reimbursement markets, shortage of major investment sources in the Houston area, booming patient population, and long-term healthcare industry growth expectations. Resolute’s typical investment is approximately $500,000 up to $2,000,000 and focuses on early stage funding for health care IT, digital health, mobile health, and technology enabled services.
