Basking Biosciences is developing a reversible thrombolytic therapy to restore blood flow to the brain during ischemic stroke, with the aim of preventing hemorrhage and long-term damage. The platform combines a primary agent that targets clot stability with a designed reversal agent that can be administered if bleeding occurs to neutralize the active compound and restore normal clotting, enabling treatment for acute ischemic stroke.
Smalls is a direct-to-consumer cat food company that produces human-grade, fresh meals for cats delivered to customers. Its products are prepared with fresh meat and a small amount of green vegetables, gently cooked to lock in nutrients and moisture, and offered in customized kits tailored to a cat's nutritional needs. Founded in 2017 by Matt Michaelson and Calvin Hughes and based in New York, Smalls focuses on convenient, high-quality meals designed for cats.

Their platform organizes and analyzes data from diverse sources, tracking topics, sentiments, and stylistic differences to provide global domain awareness solutions. Primarily serving government agencies and the military, Holocron enables these entities to utilize non-sensitive intelligence for classified, unclassified, and proprietary intelligence requirements across various disciplines.
HDO Health

HDO Health is a medical device portfolio company dedicated to bringing life-saving technologies to the world. Our first medical device being developed is an innovative tourniquet technology being commercialized in partnership with the Ohio State Innovation Foundation (OSIF) at the Ohio State University that helps prevent people from bleeding to death from a traumatic junctional wound.

Transportation Research Center (TRC Inc.) specializes in research and development testing services. Brakes, crashworthiness, emissions, durability, fuel economy, handling, driver training classes, and performance testing is conducted at the independent automotive proving ground. Facilities include a 7.5 mile (12.1 km) test track, 50-acre (20 hectare) vehicle dynamics area, 9,000 ft. x 84 ft. (2723 x 25 m) skid pad, wet basalt and tile surfaces, emissions lab, dynamic handling courses, off-highway area, and crash test barrier and simulator sled.
