Vereign provides the solution for a verified, Self Sovereign Identity (SSI) in which the user holds and controls their own personal data and identity. This identy is interaction and usage oriented. Most importantly, it - allows aggregation with official eIDs as well as identities from KYC providers and other services which become part of the users identity data; - allows to use this now verified identity in interactions with third parties, such as * authentication with verified identity against third party services, * sending e-mail that is protected against impersonation and falsification, * e-signing of documents that provides much higher efficiency, security and technical proof, beyond what even Qualified Electronic Signatures (QES) provide today, * an ongoing link of identity data which ensures that modifications to this data are automatically shared with all relevant parties without delay; - keeps an archive of all interactions for as long as the user wishes to retain a copy; - protects the identity and all its interactions with a tamper resistant audit trail, protected by Distributed Ledger.
