Pretium Resources Inc. is a Vancouver-based company focused on the acquisition, exploration, and development of precious metal resource properties in the Americas, primarily targeting gold, silver, and copper deposits. Its flagship project is the Brucejack Project, located in northwestern British Columbia, which encompasses 4 mining leases and 6 mineral claims over an area of 3,305.85 hectares. The Brucejack Project is recognized as one of the largest and highest-grade undeveloped gold projects globally, with Proven and Probable mineral reserves estimated at 6.9 million ounces of gold. Pretium is advancing this project toward production as a high-grade underground mine capable of processing 2,700 tonnes per day. All necessary regulatory permits for development have been obtained, and the company aims to initiate commercial production shortly. Additionally, Pretium holds a 100% interest in the Snowfield project, which consists of a mineral claim covering 1,217 hectares in northern British Columbia.

Lundin Gold's property in Southeast Ecuador consists of 36 mining concessions covering an area of approximately 86,000 hectares. From this, the Fruta del Norte Project is comprised of two concessions and covers an area of approximately 5,000 hectares and is located approximately 80 kilometres east of the City of Loja, which is the fourth largest city in Ecuador.
