Telluride Venture Accelerator

TVA is a mentor-driven accelerator based in Telluride, Colorado. We accelerate businesses by providing seed funding, co-working space, access to world-class mentors and entrepreneurs in residence, plus a capstone event where each company can pitch for follow-on investment from Telluride’s angel network and dedicated venture capital funds, including the Telluride Venture Fund. From our annual competition we select up to six entrepreneurs ready to accelerate their businesses and attend our five-month, immersive program in Telluride. We invest $30,000 (plus up to an additional $8000 for transportation and lodging) in return for a 4% stake. We prioritize companies producing cutting-edge technological products and services in these focus areas: • Outdoor recreation • Tourism • Natural, organic products • Health and healthy living • Energy, water and education The ideal candidate has a solid business model, a high-growth business idea, under $1M in revenue, and a desire to work hard and leverage a unique learning opportunity.
