Project A Ventures is the venture capital arm of the Otto Group, headquartered in Berlin with additional offices in São Paulo, London and Stockholm. Founded in 2012, it focuses on early‑stage digital companies, investing from pre‑seed to Series A and occasionally later rounds. The firm targets sectors such as consumer brands, e‑commerce, fintech, digital health, proptech, Industry 4.0, enterprise software, mobility, logistics, marketplaces, infrastructure, data and SaaS. Within SaaS it backs web‑based solutions, niche market tools and B2B consumerized applications, while its infrastructure focus includes digital infrastructure, advertising technology and data services that support online businesses. Typical investments range from $1 million to $8 million, with a reserve of up to $30 million for follow‑on rounds.
