It prefers to invest in business services, packaging, consumer products, healthcare, transportation, logistics and route-based businesses, media and communications, food and tobacco products, and industrial products sectors based in the United States. The firm seeks to invest between $15 million and $150 million in companies with revenues between $50 million and $300 million, enterprise values between $100 million and $500 million, and a minimum EBITDA of $8 million.
