American Lithium Corp. is an exploration-stage company focused on the identification, acquisition, exploration, and development of lithium and vanadium resources in the United States and Peru. The company primarily concentrates on its Tonopah Claystone Claims Property in Nevada, which encompasses approximately 4,000 acres. In addition, American Lithium holds options to acquire extensive lithium brine claims in Nevada, totaling 20,790 acres, which includes significant areas in Fish Lake Valley and the San Emidio Project in Washoe County. Previously known as Menika Mining Ltd., the company rebranded to American Lithium Corp. in April 2016 and is headquartered in Vancouver, Canada.
