DeLille Cellars Inc. is a boutique winery located in Woodinville, Washington, founded in 1992 by Greg Lill, Jay Soloff, Chris Upchurch, and Charles Lill, with the latter's daughter, Pat Lill Jorgenson, now also a partner. The winery is dedicated to crafting high-quality, old-world style red and white wines, utilizing grapes sourced from the oldest and best vineyards in Washington State. DeLille Cellars produces a range of wines, including five Bordeaux-styled varieties and several Rhône-style offerings, all made with meticulous attention to detail and aged in new French oak barrels. The winery features a traditional "chai" structure that allows for winemaking techniques reminiscent of the finest châteaux in Bordeaux, including an underground barrel cellar. In addition to its wine production, DeLille Cellars operates a wine club offering exclusive reserve wines and markets its products through an online store and a network of distributors in various regions, including the United States, Puerto Rico, Canada, Hong Kong, and Japan.
