Cauldron Energy Limited is a mineral exploration and development company based in West Perth, Australia, with operations in Australia and Argentina. The company focuses on exploring and developing deposits of uranium, gold, silver, and copper. It holds a 100% interest in the Yanrey project, which encompasses 12 exploration tenements covering approximately 1,270 square kilometers in northwest Western Australia. Additionally, Cauldron Energy controls the Rio Colorado project, an exploration license spanning around 445 square kilometers in Argentina's Tinogasta region. The company also has agreements to acquire significant interests in the Blackwood gold project and the Bullarto South gold project, both located in central Victoria, Australia. Founded in 2002 and formerly known as Scimitar Resources Limited, Cauldron Energy changed its name following a merger in June 2009.
