Slightly Mad Studios, founded in 2009 and based in London, England, is a renowned developer of gaming software, particularly recognized for its successful racing franchises, including GTR and Need For Speed. The studio employs over 100 experienced staff who work through a distributed development system. Slightly Mad Studios is currently engaged in the creation of two innovative games: Project CARS, which offers an authentic motorsports simulation through a crowd-powered platform called the World of Mass Development, and World Of Speed, a racing MMO that emphasizes cooperative social play and team dynamics.
