The Firm's objective is to acquire established businesses, preferably in the manufacturing industry, with annual revenue of $10 - $25 million and EBITDA of $1 million to $3 million. Dyad looks for businesses with consistent profitability but whose operating results can be improved by augmenting management, re-engineering operations, establishing strategic focus, providing capital resources or consolidating with complimentary businesses. Although location is not crucial, Dyad's preference is for businesses located in the eastern half of the country. The Firm has a track record of improving operations and providing excellent returns to its investors. After successfully structuring two acquisitions and managing their growth, Dyad is expanding its scope of operations by targeting attractive acquisition opportunities. Dyad has strong relationships with private equity investors and providers of debt financing. The Dyad partners are a team of experienced and capable executives who have a history of successes together.
