Saftra Photonics is a Slovak high-tech company established as a spin-off from the P. J. Safarik University, Kosice, Slovakia in 2014. The development and the business strategies of the company are based on the research activities of the group led by prof. Pavol Miskovsky, the head of the Center for Interdisciplinary Biosciences at the P. J. Safarik University, mainly in the fields of photonics and biomedical research. The mission of SAFTRA Photonics lies in providing a wide range of market driven research and development activities in the field of (nano)photonics science and technology transfer primarily focused on testing, analyses and controlling processes applied in medicine, environment, and cultural heritage.

Applied Precision is an innovative ceritified company in field of measurement and testing for electrical variables. Applied Precision Ltd. was founded in 1992. The company has been based on decades of theoretical and practical experience of its founders in field of metrology and applied physics. This scientific background together with creative power of young academic research and development team led to modern innovative company capable to solve all needs of customers in field of measurement and testing with application of the latest hardware and software technologies. Beside standard product range, the company is capable to develop special devices and systems with accuracies ranging up to level requested by national laboratories. The original technical solutions are protected by number of patents at national and international level. The company has its own calibration and test laboratories for internal and external use. The test laboratory in field of civil engineering is for example authorized by Ministry of building and regional development of Slovak Republic for conformance tests. Applied Precision Ltd. is a supplier and partner of numerous specialized test laboratories and manufacturers worldwide. We are in many cases involved in research and development processes of new products and helping to find optimized solutions concerning technology and budget. The most of total production of Applied Precision is exported. Our products can be found in countries in Europe, Africa, the Middle and Far East as well as in North and South America. In order to support users of our products we are building a network of local distributors and service centers.

Leitner Technologies s.r.o

Leitner Technologies s.r.o is company that has many years experience in manufacturing and reconstructing of many industrial objects in the chemical and food industry as well as in constructions of industrial and logistics parks, including development of plastic to oil recycling technologies. Its owner Peter Leitner founded the company Leitner Technologies s.r.o in 2003. Steel constructions were the top of its most popular works. Henkel Slovakia s.r.o and Palma-Tumys a.s used to be one of the mayor customers for Leitner Technologies. In the past the company’s management enhance its focus also on international markets. For example our partners, in European Union are Dematic KG&Co., Company PORR Gmbh Oesterreich and Henkel CEE Wien. In Poland there are companies Cargill and Piecbud. And in Ukraine we were working with companies TOV FCA Ukraine and Henkel Kiev. Currently the main company’s focus is recycling of plastic waste into plastic oil. Company has discontinued all other operations and focused primarily on this project. Company has many years experience with technologies all around the world for recycling of plastics.

R-DAS is a Slovak company founded in 2009 with the objective of transferring expertise in micro and nanoelectronics into commercial products. Since, the company has been further developed with the intention to commercialize and apply integrated solutions for launched products in several areas. It offers complex solutions in each stage of the development process leading to innovative products as well as business model and marketing strategy creation support. The main activities are research and development of smart electronic systems and their ASIC implementation, applicable in different industrial fields as well as other domains, e.g. quality of life, healthcare, wellness, etc. Additionally, R-DAS offers expertise in several fields that include mainly microelectronics and nanoelectronics, biomedical engineering, healthcare, RFID, smart sensor systems, miscellaneous RF communication systems, and especially, IC design.

Axxence Slovakia

Axxence Slovakia is the manufacturing subsidiary of Axxence Aromatic GmbH founded in 2006 as LiAxx Biotech. Three years later Slovakian company Monoprix (Bratislava) was acquired, a well-known manufacturer of a range of NATURAL AROMA INGREDIENTS by biotechnical approach. In 2012 the factory amidst the green fields in Eastern Slovakia (Plavnica) was refurbished and expanded. One year later the new dedicated production facility in Bratislava was commissioned. By strategic investments in R&D and new manufacturing processes, we constantly strive to expand our product portfolio. Over the years Axxence has maintained its focus: research, development and production of selected natural aroma ingredients for the Flavour & Fragrance compounding industry worldwide.
