The Permian Basin Regional Planning Commission (PBRPC) is honored to serve as the Permian Basin's Economic Development District. The PBRPC allows our members' individual governments to pool their resources and talents to confront issues that exceed their own capabilities. PBRPC complements and supplements local government without interfering with it by promoting intergovernmental collaboration and coordination and undertaking comprehensive regional planning. PBRPC seeks to provide a forum for the examination and settlement of community-wide issues.

The University of Texas in San Antonio (UTSA) is a comprehensive four-year university that serves the San Antonio metropolitan area. Mid-America Christian University (MACU) offers students a higher education in a close-knit, Christian environment. The MACU campus is located in Oklahoma City, just minutes from downtown, where opportunities abound. Students are right in the heart of a metropolitan city that is full of activities, events and recreation.
