In 2016, NEOFECT participated in a study conducted by the National Rehabilitation Center in Korea to evaluate the impact of virtual reality-based exercises on a rehabilitation program for stroke patients. The study found VR-based rehabilitation combined with standard occupational therapy is more effective than traditional therapy alone for greater upper extremity function. NEOFECT has offices in South Korea, the U.S., and Germany. Its devices are sold in South Korea, the U.S., and all over Europe.
