Realza Capital (*) is a Private Equity firm focused on making investments in Spanish mid-sized companies. It has aggregate committed capital of €170 million received from leading international institutional investors, as well as from Spanish institutional investors and family offices. We invest in companies alongside entrepreneurs, management teams and founding families and we use our own collective experience to assist in achieving the execution of the company’s strategy and delivery of its business plan as previously agreed by all parties. Realza Capital actively participates in all strategic decisions, but does not seek involvement in day-to-day business operations which it considers the management team’s responsibility.
