Consolidated Casting Corporation is a manufacturer specializing in precision investment castings. Originating as a subsidiary of Rochester Gauges, the company expanded significantly over two decades in downtown Dallas before relocating in 1986 to a larger 91,000 square foot facility in Hutchins, Texas. Consolidated Casting produces a wide range of castings using various materials, including carbon and low steel alloys, stainless steels, tool steels, and nickel and cobalt base alloys. The company offers extensive capabilities, including proactive design engineering, prototyping services, tooling, and investment casting for pieces ranging from 1/4 ounce to 100 pounds. Additionally, it has lab and testing facilities, as well as CNC machining and robotic welding and assembly services, ensuring high-quality precision investment castings for its clients.
