TPA Capital is a private equity investor which actively invests and co-invests, typically on a fully equity underwritten debt free basis, directly into private companies across diverse markets and jurisdictions. TPA seeks to invest between £5m – £25m equity capital, through acquisition and development capital to support and fund future growth.
