Safety Products Group is operator in the passive fall protection systems market. SPG sells its products in the US and Canada through approx. 2,600 distributors, installers, and end-user customers operating across the industrial, commercial and municipal sectors. SPG employs 40 people operating from two manufacturing facilities, in Minnesota and Texas in the USA. Headquartered in Luxembourg, Tractel sells its products in 120 countries worldwide through a network of industrial distributors. Tractel plans to work with SPG management to accelerate its growth by leveraging its distribution infrastructure and relationships.
