ZenSports

Series A in 2021
ZenSports is a mobile sports betting platform for consumers that offers a traditional sports book, peer-to-peer sports betting marketplace, and wagering in both fiat and cryptocurrencies. Sports betting is currently legal in 37 states plus the District of Columbia. Over $93.2 billion was legally wagered on sports in the U.S. in 2022, and over $7.5 billion in revenue was generated by U.S. sports betting operators in 2022, all with limited competition. With ZenSports, customers can choose to bet against the house or create their own bets with their own odds and terms (peer-to-peer). Peer-to-peer bets can be shared with friends or anonymously via the app’s mobile two-sided marketplace, all without the need for a bookmaker and all right from their phone. Funding, wagering, and rewards can take place using traditional fiat methods, such as debit/credit cards, as well as a variety of cryptocurrency options, such as the crypto form of Dollars (Tether), Bitcoin, and ZenSports’ proprietary token called SPORTS. ZenSports received its sports betting license in the state of Tennessee on May 24, 2023, and launched in Tennessee on June 7, 2023. Tennessee is processing $392.7M in sports betting handle and generating over $45.5M in revenue per month, consistently ranking Tennessee in the top 10 out of 37 states with legalized sports betting. ZenSports is available for download in the App Store (iOS) and the ZenSports website (Android or Web).
