Venture Law Group

Venture Law Group LLP was founded by Shelley Smith and Ken Heintz on June 3, 1996. Ken and Shelley had worked at the same law firm in downtown Edmonton for four years before deciding to start their own firm. When the doors opened at 50th Street Place, the firm consisted of two lawyers and one assistant. Venture Law Group LLP expanded steadily and in May 2005 the law firm moved into its present location at 9440-49th Street. The firm now consists of seven lawyers, and fourteen support staff. Venture Law Group LLP continues to grow and the partners attribute their commitment to customer service as the firm’s main ingredient to success.
