The company holds a 100% interest in the Ricardo property in Chile, covering 16,000 hectares, and a 75% interest in the Tamarugo property in northern Chile, which spans 5,100 hectares. In Peru, Solaris has interests in the Capricho and Paco Orco projects, each covering 4,400 hectares. Its flagship asset is the Warintza property in southeastern Ecuador, which encompasses 26,777 hectares and features a high-grade resource with potential for expansion and new discoveries. Solaris Resources is also involved in a farm-out agreement with Freeport-McMoRan for the Ricardo project, allocating US$130 million over five years. Additionally, the company maintains a 60% interest in the La Verde joint-venture project in Mexico with Teck Resources. Founded in 2018 and based in Vancouver, Canada, Solaris Resources was previously known as Solaris Copper Inc. and is a subsidiary of Equinox Gold Corp.
