Osage County Interlocal Cooperative began in 1980 with the formation of an educational cooperative that provided services to rural schools in Osage County. In 1993 Oklahoma House Bill 1393 authorized establishment of Interlocal Cooperative Districts.It is one of Oklahoma’s most comprehensive Interlocal Cooperatives, providing a wide array of educational services to the member districts.
