The investment team typically invests in technology-related companies in Germany, Switzerland and Austria. Since its foundation in 2001, we have invested in more than twenty-five companies of which more than fifteen have successfully been exited. We have a large network of industrial and financial relationships that not only supports us in our deal acquisitions but also benefits our portfolio companies. Currently, CornerstoneCapital is managing an equity amount of € 50 million and is able to invest equity amounts with its current investors and other of more than € 120 million.

ACTech produces cast unique parts and small batches for customers from various industries for the automotive industry and its suppliers, for the aerospace industry, for machine and plant manufacturers. As one of the leading global companies in this area, ACTech provides all design and production processes, under one roof, necessary for the speedy production of complete casting parts. From the 3D data set, ACTech produces complete castings which are ready to be installed and tested.

Additionally, it produces customized carrier boards, imaging framegrabbers, and digital security engineering products. ELTEC's product offerings cater to various markets, including automation, communication, medical technology, security, and transportation.

EppsteinFOILS GmbH & Co KG, based in Eppstein, Germany, specializes in the production of high-quality, ultra-thin non-ferrous metal foils, particularly made from lead, tin, and lead-tin alloys. The company manufactures both plain foils and laminated composites that incorporate various materials, including metal, paper, cardboard, plastic, and fabrics. EppsteinFOILS serves a diverse range of industries, such as medical technology, electronics, packaging, solar energy, and material testing, and is recognized as a global market leader in niche applications. Since its founding in 1852 and its rebranding in 2008, the company has established itself as a key supplier and system partner for many of its top customers. EppsteinFOILS continues to explore growth opportunities, particularly in battery and OLED technologies, through dedicated research and development efforts.

Forbatec was a leading software provider for investment companies and equity funds. The software suite FORBA.V3 was one of the market-leading solutions for the back, middle and front office of fund companies in German-speaking countries. Its customers included almost all well-known German asset management companies.
