Its cloud-based software integrates various communication channels, including social media, live chat, email, and AI-powered chatbot services, enabling organizations to efficiently manage customer inquiries and improve service delivery. Brand Embassy's offerings have proven beneficial for clients such as T-Mobile, Vodafone, Alibaba, and Puma, resulting in significant improvements in agent productivity, sales conversions, and operational scalability. As a subsidiary of Nice Systems UK Limited since 2019, Brand Embassy continues to support businesses in their digital transformation efforts within customer care.
Beepl was founded in April 2011 as an online platform that allowed users to seek answers and opinions from specialists and enthusiasts across various subjects. The platform aimed to connect users with expertise and insights from their social networks and knowledgeable individuals. After a three-month private alpha phase, Beepl publicly launched on January 16, 2012, receiving significant media attention. In July 2011, the company secured a seed funding round led by Credo Ventures, targeting early-stage technology companies in Central and Eastern Europe. Beepl's co-founder and CEO, Steve O'Hear, a technology journalist previously associated with TechCrunch, departed the company in February 2012. In November 2012, Beepl was acquired by Brand Embassy, leading to the discontinuation of its consumer-facing Q&A site.
