Its primary asset is the Coosa graphite project, which spans approximately 42,000 acres in Coosa County, Alabama. Additionally, the company holds a 100% interest in the Bama mine project, covering 1,300 acres in Chilton County, Alabama. Alabama Graphite benefits from over a century of combined experience in graphite mining, processing, and sales. Originally incorporated in 2006 under the name Keymark Resources Inc., the company rebranded to Alabama Graphite Corp. in 2012 and is headquartered in Toronto, Canada.
