It does not invest in accommodation, catering industry, and real estate. It prefers to invest in companies in Benelux region. The firm prefers to invest between €2 million ($2.55 million) and €20 million ($23.16 million) in companies with enterprise values between €10 million ($13.06 million) and €80 million ($104.55 million), sales values above €10 million ($13.06 million), and an EBITDA more than €2.5 million ($3.05 million). The firm takes a majority stake or a significant minority stake. It also co-invests with other financial investors. The firm prefers to invest through equity and when necessary, combined with shareholder loans, subordinated and/or convertible loan instruments. It takes a seat on the Board of its portfolio companies. The firm usually exits its investments after five to ten years via an IPO, a trade sale, a secondary buyout, or a sale to existing shareholders.
