Sunsuper Pty Ltd, founded in 1987 and based in Brisbane, Australia, was a multi-industry superannuation fund that provided retirement planning and insurance benefits to its members. The firm managed a diverse investment portfolio, including Australian and international shares, private capital, property, infrastructure, fixed interest, hedge funds, and cash, with a strong commitment to environmental and socially responsible investments. In May 2018, Sunsuper merged with Kinetic Super, expanding its reach and resources. In February 2022, Sunsuper further merged with QSuper to create Australian Retirement Trust, marking a significant consolidation in the superannuation sector.
