Estate is a group that provides services to office tenants, property owners, and shopping centers. Through the high quality of delivery, good order and personal relationship, we build customer trust. Estate is a large enough group to have resources to deliver to all types of customers, but small enough to be customer-friendly and flexible. Estate is a stable company with more than 250 employees and has a turnover of approximately SEK 200 million. Operations are conducted in four areas: Facility Management, Local Care, Parking, and Security. Thanks to the fact that Estate has its own monitoring, care, and parking activities, we have extraordinary skills in these areas, both in integrated FM deliveries and in separate single deliveries. Estate has a strong focus on quality, environment and work environment. Since 2009, the business has been ISO certified in all of these areas. Estate's business idea is to sell and deliver property-related services, in addition to technical management (soft FM services) to private companies in real estate, offices, and shopping centers. Customers receive multiple or all soft FM services from Estate instead of single services from multiple vendors, saving time (relieve) and money (average 20 percent). Savings arise partly because Estate has large purchasing volumes, but also through synergies between different services or customers. Estate also has a good knowledge of the services the customer buys and can, therefore, drive these more efficiently than the customer himself can do. Dagens Industri appointed 2013 Estate to a gas company. The criteria for becoming a gas company are to have sales exceeding 10 MSEK, at least ten employees, at least doubled their turnover (comparing the first and last fiscal year), increasing their turnover each year over the past three years, have a combined operating profit for the four fiscal years that are positive, essentially grown organically.
