Within the building products sector, it typically makes equity investments between $25 million and $100 million. It invests in companies with annual revenues between $30 million and $500 million; minimum EBITDA margins of ten percent; and EBITDA between $5 million and $50 million for new platforms. The firm seeks to invest in companies with enterprise values between $50 million and $250 million. The firm prefers to make control investments but also considers taking majority and minority stake in certain situations.
