Latimer is the youth co-creation agency. We put young creatives, consumers, tribes or influencers at the heart of strategy, content creation and distribution. All too often, organisations make key decisions on behalf of young audiences, without involving them in the process. Our mission is to bring the two parties closer together than ever before, ensuring the objectives of the brand and the needs of the audience are met in equal measure. Heralded in The Guardian as "Moral Mad Men", we have co-created with over 55,000 young people across 37 countries worldwide, with an influencer reach of over 350 million. At our core, we believe in creating opportunities for young people, by giving them the chance to help brand partners shape their agendas and content. The outputs from this ensure that the objectives of the brand and the needs of the audience are met in equal measure. Going on a journey with your audience is an incredibly exciting process and we’ve seen the results outperform industry standard metrics for our brand partners when they team up with inspiring young talent. These results demonstrate the power of working with youth communities and talent, as no one knows how to reach youth audiences better than the audience themselves.
