Florida Bearings, founded in 1950, is a distributor of bearings, power transmission and pump products as well as a provider of value-add services such as predictive maintenance and motor, gearbox and pump repair to diverse industries, such as the water, wastewater, municipal, food and aggregate industries. In addition to Miami, the company also has locations in Hialeah, Ft. Lauderdale, Riviera Beach and Orlando.
Founded in 1954, Catching is expected to generate sales of $43 million in 2011, and has approximately 90 employees. Catching is one of Parker’s premier tri-motion distributors and covers a wide variety of product technologies including: hydraulic and pneumatic pumps, motors, valves, cylinders, manifolds, precision automation, instrumentation, hose and fittings, connectors, filtration products, seals and all other necessary fluid power components. The business operates six locations in Illinois and Indiana and will become part of Kaman’s Industrial Distribution Segment.

Customers include Boeing and Kawasaki Heavy Industries along with Mitsubishi Aircraft Corporation, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Bombardier, Aviation Partners Boeing and the Department of Defense.
Minarik, founded in 1952, is a national distributor of motion control and automation products. The company has one of the most complete offerings in the industry including many of the leading brands of sensors, drives, motors and automation control products serving U.S. manufacturers. Headquartered in Glendale, California, Minarik operates from sixteen branch locations in many of the high tech manufacturing markets in the U.S.

Latin Percussion was founded in 1964 by Martin Cohen and is a leading global distributor of a wide range of Latin percussion instruments. Its main product line is conga drums marketed under the brand names LP, LP Aspire and Matador. LP currently operates out of two facilities in Garfield, and employs about 75 people.
RWG manufactures spherical and ball bearings, rod ends, bushings and specialty components primarily for the aerospace industry. The company employs about 85 people, had sales in 2001 of approximately U.S. $10 million and, along with its predecessor companies, has been in business for more than 50 years. RWG's largest customer is Airbus Industries.
Delamac de Mexico S.A. de C.V., a leading Mexican distributor of industrial products headquartered in Mexico City. Delamac, founded in 1957 by Jorge de la Macorra, supplies power transmission, bearings and fluid power products to customers in a broad cross section of Mexican industry. The company, which operates facilities in Mexico City and Queretaro, generated sales of approximately $7.0 million in 2001. The facilities will continue to operate under the Delamac name. Jeronimo de la Macorra, son of the founder, will serve as director general of Delamac.

PlasticFab, founded in 1948, is a leading supplier of custom engineered composites, advanced plastic components and complex assemblies for commercial and military aerospace applications. Its largest customers include Boeing, Bell Helicopter Textron, Sikorsky Aircraft, Lockheed Martin, and Fuji Heavy Industries Ltd. The company employs approximately 180 people at its 150,000-square-foot Wichita facility.
