The firm does not invest in production and marketing of gambling, alcohol, tobacco, speculative actions, the arms industry, technologies that are particularly harmful to the environment and defense companies. The firm invests in high growth companies across all industries with a focus on orthopedics, rehabilitation, fast-moving consumer goods and manufacturing. It seeks to make investments in small and medium-sized companies based in the Central and Eastern Europe, with a primary focus on Poland. The firm typically invests between €4 million ($4.48 million) and €15 million ($21.95 million) and in case of using the transaction debt or co-investment, the value of the transaction can be as high as €30 million. It invests in companies with sales between PLN50 million ($15.96 million) and PLN250 million ($79.80 million). It makes direct investments or through SPVs. The firm’s investment are also leveraged through debt. It prefers to take a majority stake with a minimum share of 30% in company's capital and seeks to exit its investments within three to seven years.
