The company sources its water supply from both surface and groundwater, utilizing the Swimming River Treatment Plant operated by NJ-American Water Company for surface water and tapping into the Old Bridge and Farrington aquifers for groundwater during the summer months. These sources are blended within the distribution system to provide a reliable supply of clean water. In addition to water supply, Shorelands Water Company offers maintenance services, including leak repairs and water supply installations, to ensure the integrity of its water distribution network.

Beaver Dam Lake Water Corp. is a water supply service provider based in New Windsor, New York, established in 1949. The company supplies water to approximately 160 households in the Beaver Dam Lake area, serving both residential and industrial consumers. As of May 31, 2017, Beaver Dam Lake Water Corp. operates as a subsidiary of New York American Water Company, Inc., continuing its commitment to delivering essential water utility services to the community.
