Pattern Energy Group is an independent power company focused on developing and operating renewable energy assets, primarily wind power projects. The company manages eight wind facilities across the United States, Canada, and Chile, with a total owned capacity of 1,041 megawatts. These projects utilize advanced technology to generate electricity, which is sold predominantly under long-term, fixed-price power sale agreements with reliable counterparties. Approximately 95 percent of the electricity produced is secured by these agreements, which have an average remaining contract life of about 19 years.
