Trillion Energy International Inc. is an oil and gas exploration and production company based in Ankara, Turkey, with operations in Turkey and Bulgaria. Founded in 2006, Trillion Energy holds significant assets, including a 49% stake in the SASB natural gas field, one of the pioneering natural gas development projects in the Black Sea, and a 19.6% ownership interest in the Cendere oil field. In Bulgaria, the company possesses a coal bed methane exploration license for the Vranino 1-11 block, which is recognized as a promising unconventional natural gas property. The company operates primarily in three segments: North America, Turkey, and Bulgaria, with the majority of its revenue generated from its Turkish assets. Trillion Energy was previously known as Park Place Energy Inc. until its name change in April 2019.
