FVIG provides start-up/early stage financing, expansion/development capital, mezzanine/bridge finance to small to medium sized enterprises in the hi-tech industries (information technology, telecommunications, electronics), and considers investments in high growth sectors, computer related, light and medical manufacturing sectors in the United States, Southeast and Far-East Asia. The firm invests a minimum of $1 million to a maximum of $5 million, with an average investment size of $2-3 million, in exchange for minority equity stakes and a monitoring role.
