The firm offers a range of investment strategies, from syndicated leveraged loans and high-yield bonds to senior secured debt, mezzanine financing, and asset-based leasing. HPS caters to companies of various sizes, providing customized investment solutions. Originally formed as a unit of Highbridge Capital Management, a subsidiary of J.P. Morgan Asset Management, HPS was acquired by its principals in 2016.
